Futura has begun Construction on Nona Cove Project

Futura Development Company, a South Florida-based developer has begun construction on the Nona Cove project.
The project includes 32,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, an integrated wellness community consisting of 260 luxury apartments, a four-story 122,000-square-foot self-storage facility

The Futura at Nona Cove project is estimated to reach up to $80 million.

Highlighted are the parcels totaling more than 9 acres at the northwest corner of Narcoossee and Boggy Creek roads, in the southeast corner of the Lake Nona region. (Orange County Property Appraiser)
