Gator’s Dockside opening in Lake Nona

Gator’s Dockside is gearing up to do a pretty extensive build out at its newly announced location in Lake Nona. The chain plans to open a new restaurant in Lake Nona’s Medical City this September. Gator’s Dockside will build a 6,500-square-foot, 250-seat freestanding restaurant on an outparcel near the new Publix shopping center that opened late last year. Gator’s Dockside expects to hire more than 60 workers for that restaurant.
