Lee Vista Promenade is only 5-10 minutes away from Lake Nona. No more long trips to Waterford Lakes.

A long-awaited shopping center is finally starting to take shape just north of Orlando International Airport — and attracting some big-name national restaurants.

The 450,000-square-foot Lee Vista Promenade complex in south Orlando appears to have deals in the works that would bring in KISS frontmen Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons’s new Rock & Brews restaurant and a Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, according to a site plan obtained by Orlando Business Journal. This could be Central Florida’s second Rock & Brews — the first debuted in Oviedo earlier this year— and the area’s fourth Red Robin.

The Lee Vista Promenade site plan shows the two restaurants could join an Outback Steakhouse surrounding an existing retention pond on the northeast corner of South Semoran Boulevard and Hazeltine National Drive. A Buffalo Wild Wings also was shown just north of those three restaurants fronting South Semoran.

The following shops and eateries have been confirmed:

Other potential tenants shown on the plan were Ross Dress For Less, Michael’s and Ulta. Without a signed lease, the developers are unable to confirm this potential tenants. However, one of the anchors will be a 51,116-square-foot, Epic cinema.

This project’s first phase is expected to open in this year’s fourth quarter, and a second phase could debut in third-quarter 2016. It’s expected to create hundreds of temporary construction and permanent retail and service jobs in the region, as well as offer plenty of new shopping and dining options to travelers as well as employees at the airport and nearby residents and businesses.
