Update on the Lake Nona Town Center

Lake Nona’s new commercial development is starting to take shape, and a few new tenants — a fast-food restaurant and a well-known local corporate office — have joined the lineup.

The new 85,000-square-foot, four-story Class A office building in the Lake Nona Town Center has two more office tenants, one of which is Lake Nona developerTavistock Development Co. LLC. The first office tenant announced in the town center was Nemours Children’s Hospital, which leased 30,000 square feet of space with plans to open in this year’s fourth quarter, as previously reported by Orlando Business Journal. That office will handle fundraising, human resources and Nemours’ early childhood reading initiative, Brightstart!
