We are thrilled to welcome award-winning Chef Alain Lemaire as our newest Lake Nona Social Private Member (The Social) and new Lake Nona resident! Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Chef Lemaire’s culinary journey began in his childhood kitchen, watching his mother and grandmother. His passion for cooking blossomed from a necessity into a career by the time he graduated high school.

Chef Lemaire is the co-owner and executive chef of Sensory Delights, a full-service catering company in South Florida. He also owns the brand “Ou Manje Deja?”. His exceptional talent has led him to feature on popular TV shows, including hosting the “Taste of Haiti” episode of Discovery+’s “Luda Can’t Cook” with Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, and competing on Food Network’s Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

A renowned figure in culinary events, Chef Lemaire has showcased his skills at prestigious festivals like the Charleston Wine & Food Festival, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and New York African Restaurant Week. His accolades include the 2022 Food Entrepreneur of the Year and Haitian Wedding Professional of the Year.

Chef Lemaire’s remarkable achievements also include cooking the first-ever all-Haitian dinner at the James Beard Foundation House in 2018 and being named one of the top 20 under 40 by the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida in 2017.

We are honored to have such a distinguished and passionate culinary artist join our community. And can not wait to experience Chef’s food and flavors on June 20th at our rooftop event at the Pixon Sky Lounge. Get Tickets
