Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine coming to Lake Nona

Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is due to open Late February 2017

Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine has signed a lease to open its third Central Florida location in Lake Nona, community developer Tavistock Development Co. LLC announced March 18.

The restaurant will be in a 3,818-square-foot space in Lake Nona Town Center, a lease that was brokered by Mitch Heidrich of Tavistock. Bosphorous is the first to claim a stake of Lake Nona Town Center’s 9,333 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space. Bosphorous features authentic Turkish dishes, and already has Central Florida locations on Park Avenue and Dr. Phillips Boulevard. No word yet on when its new Lake Nona location will open.

In total, the Lake Nona Town Center is a four-story, 85,000-square-foot Class A office building that debuted at the end of 2015.Other tenants include Tavistock, global workplace provider Regus, a Nemours Children’s Hospital administrative office and Nurse on Call, a home health provider. Also on the Town Center property is a Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott that debuted last November.

Lake Nona now boasts more than 10,000 residents, 7,000 students in its schools, and 5,000 jobs due to Medical City.

Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine and the second Central Florida location of Bavaro’s Pizza Napoletana to open in Lake Nona’s Medical City sometime next year in the late fall or winter.
