A new $20 million dollar project will include a 102,000-square-foot, four-story property consisting of a 91-room Hampton Inn and a 77-room Home 2 Suites.

Eagle Creek developer is planning a new 168-room hotel property near Lake Nona. The hotel will be a dual-brand 1002,000-square foot Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites.

A map shows the hotel will front Narcoossee Road, the main thoroughfare through the Lake Nona-area and most of southeast Orlando. The rendering shows other hotel features that could be a pool, public areas and a 160-space parking lot.

The hotel may exceed $20 million for the building alone, according to industry standards. In addition, more than 100 new hospitality jobs could be created, thanks to the new property.
