Lake Nona developer Tavistock has filed plans for the next expansion of estate homes at the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. The gated community will have exclusive access to the highly anticipated Crytal Lagoon.

The property lies north of Lake Nona Boulevard between the planned 250-room Lake Nona Resort and it the 11-acre Crystal Lagoon, and where KPMG is currently building its 800,000-square-foot training center near the USTA.

Residents of the new Lake Nona Golf & Country Club homes will have access to the eastern half of the Crystal Lagoon with a “Lake Club” amenity on its beachfront, according to printed materials from Lake Nona Realty.
