Lake Nona West is a new lifestyle shopping center planned along Lake Nona Boulevard near Boggy Creek Road on a 54-acre parcel of land just minutes from the vibrant community’s urban core, the new Brightline Station, and the Orlando International Airport.

Tavistock Development submitted site plans to the City of Orlando earlier today that depict more than 405,000 ft² of open-air shops and ground-floor parking. The application also indicates elevated architecture and landscaping, outdoor entertainment spaces, and vibrant public art, which are hallmarks of the Lake Nona experience.

“We are in advanced conversations with several sought-after national and local brands, along with best-in-class shops, restaurants, specialty grocers and personal service operators that will continue to serve our growing Lake Nona community and the broader southeast Orlando region,” said Skipper Peek, senior vice president of commercial development.

Tenant announcements are expected this winter.

Lake Nona West is scheduled to break ground in 2024 and open in Fall of 2025.

In addition to Lake Nona West, Lake Nona has also recently opened three new class A+ office buildings in the heart of the Lake Nona Town Center and will soon celebrate the grand opening of one of Lake Nona’s new businesses with leading aviation training company SIMCOM, which will welcome 10,000 pilots annually to Lake Nona’s innovative ecosystem. Lake Nona remains one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the U.S. and an innovation hub and living lab for Central Florida.
