Lake Nona and Panera Bread company have signed a long-term lease for a 4,413-square-foot outparcel bakery-café with an outdoor patio at Lake Nona Village, located on Narcoossee Road across the street from the Lake Nona Information Center and NorthLake Park neighborhood. Panera at Lake Nona is aiming to open this May.

Panera’s restaurant at Lake Nona will feature its popular bakery, where patrons can find freshly baked breads, bagels, pastries and sweets, in addition to its traditional café that will provide sandwiches, soups and hand-tossed salads.

The opportunities for commercial development at Lake Nona are impressive, with millions of square feet of commercial space for businesses, shops, restaurants, medical offices and more. Lake Nona will be home to a world-class corporate park that will offer a wide variety of for-lease and build-to-suit options. With its Lake Nona Town Center, an upscale open-air mall planned just off Lake Nona Blvd., the community is also destined to become a premiere shopping destination for the region.
