CoRE, which stands for Collaborative Resource Ecosystem, is a full-service co-working space for start-up companies that focus on health and medicine.
“One of the differentiating components of our business model that sets us apart from other coworking spaces or even research hubs is that you typically see one portion of the value chain or the other end there, and what we’re providing here is end to end,” said Renee Finley, head of GuideWell Innovation, which is a sister company to Florida Blue, under the umbrella of GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation.
The center occupies the first floor of the 92,000-square-foot GuideWell UST Global Innovation Center Facility that is near University of Florida Academic & Research Center and Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. Read more
