The New Sunbridge Information Center Now Open Providing Visitors With a Glimpse of Life in Sunbridge

Sunbridge, a new region taking shape from the developers of Lake Nona, recently opened a new information center known as Basecamp along with several model homes in the region’s second residential neighborhood, Weslyn Park. The initial 577 homes in Weslyn Park will be designed and built by Ashton Woods, Craft Homes, David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes, and Toll Brothers. Builders are forming interest lists now and will be starting sales over the next several weeks.

Basecamp is located along Cyrils Drive, east of Absher Road and across from Del Webb Sunbridge. Future Sunbridge residents and neighbors interested in learning more about the community can visit Basecamp Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. With an outdoor pavilion, a camp-inspired info center, and two miles of fun and winding trails for hikers and bikers to enjoy, Basecamp gives visitors a taste of life in Sunbridge. Basecamp is located at 6197 Cyrils Drive, St. Cloud, FL 34771.

Just east of Basecamp along Cyrils Drive, the region’s second residential neighborhood, Weslyn Park, will feature a range of home types and lot sizes. The varied street scene, mixing traditional and contemporary styles, is complemented by acres of open space, playgrounds as well as ponds, and natural areas. Paved and unpaved pathways will mark the Sunbridge trail network connecting residents to big Florida nature.

Homebuilders within the nature-forward community are building all-frame homes. Featuring James Hardie®’s siding products, Weslyn Park homes incorporate the essentials of sustainable living in Sunbridge through energy efficiency, sustainable materials, and enhanced design and construction.

Looking ahead, development plans for Sunbridge include a variety of neighborhood amenities, a robust trail network, an Osceola County K-8 school opening in 2024, and a planned waterfront recreational area where people will be able to boat, dine, shop, work, stay and attend events.
