Toll Brothers Inc. will begin building estate homes in the Eagle Creek golf course community located near Lake Nona this spring, with sales beginning later this year.
Eagle Creek, designated as an Audubon Silver Signature Community, includes 400 acres of natural spaces, an 18-hole golf course and a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse. It is located just south of State Road 417 on Narcoosee Road.
An on-site elementary school is planned to open in August, as well.
