Bolay restaurant, the fast-casual healthy eatery that launched last year and now plans up to a whopping 40 restaurants by the end of 2019. One of the 40 will be here in Lake Nona, Orlando FL.

The restaurant concept is to offer make-your-own “superfoods bowls,” or nutrient-packed food choices of proteins that include chicken, pork, steak, shrimp, ahi tuna and tofu, tossed with a variety of veggies, on a base of noodles, salad, rice, spinach or quinoa.

Bolay is scheduled to open it’s Lake Nona location in August 2018 across from the Lake Nona High School
