Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: • Develop and implement business strategies to foster growth and increase revenue. • Lead and nurture a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  2. Operations Management: • Manage daily operations to ensure seamless and delightful experiences for our patrons. • Establish efficient processes and safety standards. • Design, plan, and execute innovative events at the park.
  3. Sales and Marketing: • Direct sales and marketing campaigns to enhance brand reputation and visitor influx. • Design enticing packages and promotions targeting various customer segments.
  4. Safety and Compliance: • Uphold safety protocols and periodically review and refine safety procedures and standards.
  5. Financial Management: • Oversee financial plans. Manage budgets and allocate park resources in a manner that achieves business objectives.
  6. Customer Experience: • Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and actively engage with customer feedback.

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000, depending on abilities and experience with potential bonuses.

About Nona Adventure Park: Nona Adventure Park is a dynamic entertainment venue offering active outdoor family adventures. Our dedication to providing the best guest experience starts by maintaining the integrity of our facilities and rides. As we grow and expand, we are in search of a talented Maintenance Manager to ensure our park is always running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and ensure the park’s amenities and operations align with the original design and standard.  
  2. Oversee and maintain park security systems.
  3. Proactively identify, prioritize, and address areas for maintenance and improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and safety.
  5. Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, setting schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  6. Liaise with external contractors and vendors as needed.
  7. Regularly inspect the park for safety, operational, and aesthetic concerns.
  8. Analyze and prepare reports on maintenance activities and operational improvement initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on the latest techniques, tools, and trends in mechanics, construction, and electrical trades to ensure the park benefits from the best practices.
  10. Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar managerial role is advantageous.
  2. Background as an electrician and/or mechanic is an asset.
  3. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of project management.
  4. Ability to wear multiple hats, adapting to various tasks and challenges.
  5. Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  8. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
