3-4 Legs Quarters

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 medium Onion (sliced)

10-12 Mushrooms (sliced)



2 tbsp butter

How To Make It

Season chicken leg quarters with salt and pepper and Gourmet Gratis Green Seasoning

In large skillet, heat olive oil and brown chicken on both sides

Line baking dish with mushroom and onion slices

Place chicken leg quarters in baking dish.

In bowl, add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, butter and two cans of water

Whisk together

Pour mixture on top chicken in baking dish

Sprinkle with Paprika.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.

Serve on rice or mashed potatoes.
