Pixon Apartments
Set to open in the Winter of 2018, once finished, Pixon Apartments will be the tallest building in Lake Nona. The apartments will include features such as a Tesla rideshare program, concierge delivery system, and a Foxtail Coffee. There will also be a sky lounge atop the 11th floor which will offer panoramic views, a resident bar, and private outdoor dining. Pre-leasing is expected to begin towards the end of Summer 2018. Container Park
Lake Nona builder Tavistock Development Co. plans to use shipping containers to build a new food truck park in Lake Nona. The proposed park will have as many as 18 shipping containers, some of which may have roof access for seating. The park expected to be finished by late 2018. Learn More
Earthfare
Earth Fare, the authentic specialty organic and natural foods grocery store, is set to open its Lake Nona location by the Late Summer of 2018. Beyond groceries, the new store will also feature Earth Fare’s Heirloom Juice Bar, which features Organic smoothies and juices, plus coffee drinks and convenient freshly prepared bottles for the person on-the-go. Bolay
Bolay restaurant, the fast-casual healthy eatery, is expected to open its Lake Nona location in September 2018. The restaurant concept is to offer make-your-own “superfoods bowls,” or nutrient-packed food choices of proteins that include chicken, pork, steak, shrimp, ahi tuna and tofu, tossed with a variety of veggies, on a base of noodles, salad, rice, spinach or quinoa. Nona Adventure Park
Nona Adventure Park, a new adventure-based water sports park, will feature the first solar-powered water ski and wakeboard cable park in the world, Central Florida’s first inflatable aqua park, a 60-foot climbing tower with a ropes course and climbing walls, pro shop featuring equipment rentals and sales, and an upscale café. Although the date has been previously pushed back due to construction, the park is now set to open in late 2018. Learn More
Amazon Fulfillment Center
Amazon’s state-of-the-art $132 Million fulfillment center in Lake Nona is set to open in late 2018. The project is located at the intersection of Boggy Creek Road and Jeff Fuqua Boulevard just south of Orlando International Airport. Learn More
Park Pizza
Park Pizza & Brewing Co., set to open late 2018, will feature scratch-made pizza from two wood-burning ovens, craft beer, and comfortable indoor and outdoor space for everyone who loves great pizza. Park Pizza & Brewing Co. will be located in the Lake Nona Town center next to Chroma Modern Bar & Kitchen and Jacq & Jack. Learn More
Sushi Eatstation
Sus Hi Eatstation, which will be located between Pig Floyd’s and Seacoast Bank, is set to open in late 2018. The ninja-themed restaurant will consist of sushi and bowls where customers can create their own rolls and dishes. Sus Hi Eatstation has also made a splash on social media with goofy videos and plans to bring their light-hearted culture to the Lake Nona area. Learn More
