Lake Nona’s Newest Neighborhood will be Built by Luxury Builder Toll Brothers

Lake Nona is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country and will soon receive a gated community featuring $1 to $2-million homes with its own separate HOA. Laurel Pointe, built exclusively by Toll Brothers, is projected to be an estate community consisting of 70-ft and 90-ft lots situated on the north side of Luminary Boulevard, across from the Laureate Park expansion and Pulte’s Isles of Lake Nona.

This could be the first of several upcoming deals with master developer Tavistock Development Company whose Vice President of Residential Development Rob Adams stated, “We’re excited to announce the development of Laurel Pointe—Lake Nona’s newest neighborhood built exclusively by Toll Brothers. Recognized for superior quality and distinctive architecture, the homes will attract new families to Lake Nona where they can experience the unmatched amenities, events, and camaraderie that continue to make our community one of the fastest-growing in the country.”

Phase one of the upcoming project is slated to have 58 home sites. The Estate Collection series will feature 70-ft lots and the Signature series will have 90-ft lots. Toll Brothers has secured final engineering plans with the South Florida Water Management District for all three phases.
