Rubio’s Coastal Grill Lake Nona is on Schedule to Open in February

Rubio’s Coastal Grill, known for their amazing fish tacos that have taken California by storm. They’re now opening a location at the Lake Nona Landing Shopping Center due to open the 2nd week of February. This will be the 2nd location in Central Florida. Rubio’s Coastal Grill currently has a popular Winter Park location. Rubio’s Lake Nona is now hiring for all positions.
