Tavistock Development Co. filed new documents describes the firm’s latest multifamily housing project to be built within a 158-acre, mixed-use district in Lake Nona.

The yet-to-be-named 11-story apartment building will contain 450 units in various configurations sized from 646 square feet for a studio to a four-bedroom unit with 1,775 square feet. The building, designed by Atlanta-based Dwell Design Studio, also incorporates 10 stacked townhomes into the product mix.

The development includes a five-story, 470-space parking garage, and 9,019 square feet of retail on the bottom floor.
