Regus’ high-quality executive office offerings are expected to be a “nice addition to the community for those looking for smaller, flexible workplaces,” said Tavistock Development President Jim Zboril in a letter to residents that was obtained by Orlando Business Journal.
Regus joins other tenants who already secured space in the town center office building, including Tavistock Development Co. LLC, which plans to move into a 14,800-square-foot office in January; and a 30,000-square-foot Nemours Children’s Hospital administrative office, as OBJ previously reported.
That means the office portion of the building — in total features 76,230 square feet of leasable space — has nearly 60,150 square feet occupied just a few months out from its completion.
Meanwhile, another 9,333 square feet of ground-level restaurant space is still available in the building. Tavistock Development is in talks with some potential tenants, but no details were shared. Zboril in the letter to residents said restaurant tenants may be announced by year’s end.
