Easy peasy summertime fare.

Ingredients
Pork Sliders
- 1 pork loin
- Honey Wheat Hawaiian rolls
- lettuce
- cucumbers
Crema
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- paprika
- squeeze of lime
Cool Slaw
- 2-3 cups salad mix (green cabbage, red cabbage, lettuce, kale, carrots)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
How to Make It
Pork Sliders
Marinate pork loin with Gourmet Gratis Green Seasoning (or marinade of choice)
Preheat oven to 425℉
Bake covered for 30 min
Uncover, continue baking for 15 min
To make crema: mix mayo, sour cream, paprika, squeeze of lime, and salt/pepper
Spread crema on Hawaiian rolls
Serve the pork loin medallions on Hawaiian rolls garnished with cucumbers, lettuce, and/or tomatoes
Cool Slaw
Mix vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Combine with salad mix
Plate and serve alongside sliders
